Not that selling real estate as a broker is a walk in the park but done right and you get established it can be a lifelong career and well paying with a lot of flexibility on your time.. especially now a days where its rare that agents work out of the office..  

@Dana Nasir  If she's still paying the rent and utilities are on, then let her keep the key until she officially moves out and turns over the key.

And yes, you can find some lower priced properties in Allentown for sure, but almost none of them come with adequate parking and I wanted to find a place that I would definitely enjoy living.

I am currently in the process of refinancing my office building and going to be parking my cash in one of these markets 

@Nick Bowes 21215 is not a good area, it's called park heights not a lot of investors invest in that area.

If I have a couple friends help me cold call for deals, do I have to have a business entity and officially hire them? 

I'm near Jefferson Park and looking for the surrounding suburb.

I would think markets to the south & southeast of Orlando (Lakeland, Avon Park, Vero, Port St Lucie) might have some affordable options as well if you’re selective.

Think about what they want for amenities, characteristics, price, parking, transportation, pets and what is currently offered.
