I purchased a condo  in Florida at foreclosure that had a Limited common element parking space. 

Deals are made up of two elements, and only two elements:1 - The smallest cost to the REI. 

But I don't think it's going to happen with a conventional loan packaged up in some security somewhere.

We have a property manager in place but I am wondering if we should provide some sort of welcome package to the tenants with a little information about my partner and I as well as maybe GC to a local shop.  

Some of the units include a heating element, but we didn't need that.I've had fewer maintenance issues with split A/C than with central A/C.

It was purchased from a family member in a package deal How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

The issue I’m running into now is they would like to see an investor package.

Recently, I have been looking at my options regarding getting my NY real estate license by taking online courses.To my surprise there are a ton of companies that are offering similar packages but the prices seem to be all over the place depending who you look at.
