They mentioned that they are willing to pay a premium for a 6 month lease that most property owners charge.My question is what would be an appropriate premium for a 6 month lease if I am asking $1700/month for a 1 year lease?

If I do decide to flip, the focus would be to pay off mortgages to have more money coming in monthly.I have a single family house that I own in Stanwood which is being rented and that pays the mortgage for my home in Big Rapids.

The larger the database of business owners and investors you make, the better success you will have.

There are services that will send you kitchen and bathroom rehab leads...I would counter this argument with a business owner should focus on their core business and not chase squirrels.

Remember, there is no 1-specific road to success, listen to everybody's journey and then decide which road you want to take.
