The agent will prepare a commitment with requirements for closing including a deed from the party the insurer believes is authorized to sign the deed and any supporting docs they need to be comfortable in issuing a title policy to you w/o an exception for your concerns.

I probably won't be able to come on 4/17 since I'd be coming from Milton and it's over an hour away during rush hour traffic but if you have more during the summer months, the day job is a bit slower so that would be doable.

Hi JohnYes, that's what I'm thinking- was hoping there might be a way to tap the equity in the church with a renovation loan, but not having much luck there. 12 percent is pretty well exactly what I'm looking at- debating whether less risky to just cash flow it slowly over time?
