All asset classes rise in nominal value although the real value may not be there for every asset class.

I am considering using my next bonus to begin real estate investing.

Hi all, happy to be a newcomer on the largest real estate platform.

I am brand new here and truly to real estate investing. 

List Price $170,0001 Br/ 1 BA - Current Rent $450/ Mo1 Br/ 1 BA - Current Rent $450/ Mo3 Br/ 2BA - Current Rent $550/ MoHomes are in Fair to good condition on the exterior, interior showings not available until under contract during due diligence period.The Plan (currently)Try to negotiate to a better but calculate rents based on full price offer. 

I recently consulted on a new build 8 units per entrance, so similar mix, and can hopefully offer some insight.

We had one offer for $100K but that fell through due to refusal of the title company to insure title. 

Few companies I got from google search offer free estimates (e.g., US waterproofing, Everdry waterproofing) but they are all swamped with work and I can't get an appointment until mid-June.
