Search BP for a forum thread "Profits in non-profits" I started it a few years ago and it still applies. 

IRS Notice 2000-30 and the Instructions to Forms 1099-R and 5498 specify how financial organizations report recharacterizations.All recharacterized contributions made in the same year to an IRA must be reported on one Form 5498.

Not sure why I get an odd feeling about the organization (call it a gut feeling), but it feels like a scam. 2K-14K investor education levels with the promise of networking with established professionals within the organization and building business credit.

Maybe, but I have processes and it helps for peace of mind and keeps the business a business things organized and let's assistants handle things because everyone knows the rules.
