Ask about the age of the roof and systems (water heaters and furnaces).

I’d buy a multi family apartment house and buy it out of state if you truly want good cash flow each month .

Hello BP I’m looking to discuss the rental market in brantford Ontario, as well as local property management company with experience with residential multi unit properties (over ten units) any help would be appreciated.

My main focus is multi-unit apartment buildings & industrial/warehouse space.  

Prices in Minneapolis for multi-families are pretty high, so we are considering investment properties in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Duluth, Oshkosh WI, Neenah-Menasha WI, and Milwaukee WI currently. 

You can have them drop off the rent for the first month and then get them set up with a free online system like cozy.  

Currently my partner and I have acquired 45 units (just shy of a million in total real estate) in less than 2 years and we're building solid systems and allowing the dust to settle.
