Although, just because a turnkey company is selling something, doesn't mean it's a superior product ... but that's a whole different topic.If I were you, I would try contacting local property managers and see if any of their owner clients are looking for more properties.

This is not the business where you want to make mistakes or learn from your mistakes as if you get negative publicity upfront, those reviews will be there for a long time, and a huge majority of guests read these reviews before they decide on a property.I would also consider staying at another airbnb, especially by those who have high ratings and super host, to find out how they communicate or deal with their guests.

Great neighborhood, that’s where I live but not ideal for REI..Most apts are Coops the majority of boards won’t allow you to rent and if they do there will be restrictions..SFHs, Multis or Condos prices are very high, it will be difficult for positive cash flow every month..

This was good for me because if there were any major issues the Inspector and Appraiser would pick up on them and require the seller to fix them before they would sign off for the property to be financed through FHA.
