At this point I have been reading BP books, attending webinars, and have been listening to the podcast.

Local residential rental propertiesWe listened to a broker on a podcast discussing the importance of having an investor profile to share with people in the industry so that professionals in the industry will both understand your background and goals and, more importantly, take you seriously and give you their time.

This is my first actual post and I wish I would of joined the community sooner, as I have read a ton of BP books, and listened to several podcast! 

I listened to close to 150 BiggerPockets podcast episodes (only the ones related to flipping houses).

🏘 Also, I don’t have real estate experience, I’ve listened to podcast, read books, watched videos, do you need lots of experience to attend?

It will give you good practice for how to handle transactions for clients and put you in the client's shoes.
