This perspective goes beyond merely buying and selling properties; it involves a strategic approach to wealth building and risk management.

This may be an unpopular perspective, but I believe long term hold is going to win out on short term 9 times out of 10. 

For example In my situation we like to say i’m the sword and shes the shield, as in I go out and look for investments and develop the skills I need for it and shes the budget and risk analysis.

So this site has been one of the most useful resources I've found.  

This rise has stabilized sale prices, facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Ship it to your cleaner or handy person like @John Underwood mentioned.

I understanding is the TN has some crazy rules and regulations that complicate this process.
