I'm not sure the technical words to do what I want to do but I'm hoping you guys can shed the light (as always).I want to sell some of my rentals through some kind of owner financing or a rent to own type deal.What is the best way to structure this?

Can experienced investors here throw some light on this?

we used the extra blown in insulation to fill in the crawlspace under the kitchen and under the bathroom.I used the foam in a can to seal all the light mounts and smoke detector mounts with firestop and I am happy to say the house is more quiet and the heat pump does not struggle anymore! 

I am excited about this years potential and want to feed off of, and share this energy!

It may be that I need to spend some energy looking for a portfolio loan for the remaining four properties (or all five).

I have placed more energy on networking with realtors that are foreclosure, HUD, short sale, REO specialists.
