Will the tax sale still proceed, or does a binding contract changes things? 

Hi Everyone, I was under contract for a property but I didn't qualify for financing because the lender that provided the preapproval changed its financing source while I was looking for properties for a couple of weeks and as of now, they do not provide loans for foreign nationals anymore. 

I can easily make changes as necessary.When I stay in a Vrbo I take pictures of their welcome binder to get ideas.I prefer a book too and its next to free. 

Has the market changed much to the point where the contents of the book aren’t efficient?

At some point in life, and in your investing career, you start phasing from one to the other - generally from leverage to paid for.

EDEN would like to pay me the previous 4 months' rent but I have to fix issues all the little issues in the house, such as fixing hole on the wall, changing the battery for the smoke detector....). 

Anyone have any insight?
