So i'm trying to grow my network and learn as much as I can.  

Will try learning from this platform for the next few months.

Keep learning and refining your approach, and you'll increase your chances of successful BRRRR deals. 

Finally, start hitting some meetups if you can to pick people's brains, find potential deals, learn what about areas you don't know, etc.Best of luck!

In all I am learning that finance is better than refinance.

Looking to learn about real statements investments , multifamily, duplex, looking for advise.

:D Seriously though, I'm interested in learning exactly what they are, how they are traded, and how I could possible profit from brokering/connecting companies that trade MTN's with a few of my clients that have that type of buying power.

I learned firsthand the meaning of sweat equity, even though I would ultimately realize very little equity.
