Any good online spots where I can get stuff cheaper?

Not all counties have good online access to data (.CSV data would be minimum)2.

I have a thick skin and I assume others do as well, let's face it one of the "benefits" of posting questions on line is that you know you may get a bit "flamed" for your posts.Again, I could just tell everyone "wow, you're a genius, you'll be a millionaire in no time" like the gurus do.

i wouldn't want to be a guy that has thousands of condos coming on line in a saturated market in a few years.Although, i do have a hundred coming online in Hawaii in about a year.

Maybe you can just find some web sites that let you list land online, or just put them on ebay and see what happens .. you can also create signs around town that say "land for sale" .. with a number and directions, maybe an address ... post in forums, and local bulletin boards around town ..

I have found that many counties and cities have their assessing information online, so it may be just as simple to google the city, and find the info.

I'm pretty new to the whole blogging/forum world, but i'm liking the online communities i'm finding :) Is it just me or is it kind of addicting?

Ideally, if it's paid you can get a letter from the creditor that it is paid, then send this letter to the credit agencies asking to remove the blemish.Or pay someone to do it for you!
