How do I sell quickly???

Hello My name is Virgil and I own 2 Vacant Commercial lots in Lewisville Texas. I want to sell these without having to deal with lazy real estate agents. They are about a half acre each and have no debt against them. All taxes are current. The appraisal value has increased by $25,000.00 on each over the last 2 years. I wanted to keep them as an investment but now I need the cashflow.
What is the best way to sell them fast????

Thanks,

Virgil Jarrard

Deyl is right, you have to create a market for your property. By getting several interested parties involved at the same time you will be able to get a better price. If you can do the research and contact all of the companies yourself, then set up the negotiations in the best way, you can save the money on a broker...BUT, a good broker is worth their commission if they can do all of the leg work for you and allow you to get onto other things with your life or investing.

There is nothing worse than lazy agents that just list properties and wait for the offers to come in. A good agent, though, will put together a marketing plan and manage the sale from beginning to end. That is worth something.
