We process a paper application, then process them through smart move for credit/criminal background/eviction and make a decision based on the information we learn.No need to receive an app if the property isn't a fit for the prospect for whatever reason...Jeff V

Hello everyone Does anyone have any feedback on this tenant screening app called Houserie?

start with lending home they are the biggest have good rates and you only pay a small app fee of $199 applied to your loan

This app struggles.

Keys to success:Download zillow app and get the updatesFind a local bank that will lend to you, do not use big banks ie Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc.Find a realtor that understands YOUR needs and wants, if they are not in daily contact with you ... find another one.

There is a mobile app as well.

I suppose mobile apps like Landlordy, DIY Landlord etc. can help you - easy to categorize income and expenses (even with photos of the receipts) and option to export data as excel/.csv file to pass it for accountant at the tax time.

Google always has pretty up to date images on the maps app/feature.I then take these addresses and put them in an excel spreadsheet and I typically do some research on the county tax assessor site.

I don't want to hear them say:  "I gave you $35 app fee x 3 people = $105 and all you showed me was a qualification statement and an application.
