Still have one unit vacant but I’m pretty insistent on high credit quality tenants and it’s not the best neighborhood for that in the middle of winter.Prop management team is pretty responsive. 

Hey,I was reading the dirt rich book on buying lower cost land from owners who are behind on taxes and may be more motivated (had a 3%-5% response rate). 

I asked if we could reschedule the walkthrough considering I have not had a response on my inspection and they said sorry you can’t reschedule you must appear in person.

The Maintenance Coordinator is very responsive when I text or call.

I live in one of the most touristic areas of the whole country, have a solid background in the b2c travel industry and I am willing to go the short term route eventually mixed with mid-term in case of opportunities in specific areas where I think it would make sense.
