Boston proper is pretty over-heated on the multi-family front and in general but markets like Worcester, Lowell, Lynn, Lawrence, Chelsea and further out in Woonsocket, Hartford, Nashua NH, Salem, NH etc. still have some good deals.

awesome message... sometimes it's hard to remember quotes like that in the heat of everyday life but i completely agree that focusing on the process as opposed to the results is the best chance you have at success. i'm not quite in my 20's yet (19) but I'll definitely be subscribing to your channel...my channel name is The Investor Diaries so once I subscribe you'll know it's me haha. definitely glad i'm adding more young real estate entrepreneurs to my network.
