I already owned the house we used to live in prior to meeting my wife.  

What exactly are your end goals?

I did not get a chance to talk with the building official prior to putting in an offer on the property. 

The average sale price of a multi family is much lower than a condo so I new there was tremendous upside if we renovated it and converted it to condos prior to selling it.

My goal is to create passive income through rental single or multifamily properties and become financially free to be able to give my beautiful wife and my new born son the life they deserve.

I have a short term goal of making my first deal within the next year, and a long term goal of owning 100 units within the next 8 years.Looking to get to know like minded people, learn from others, and talk about a similar passion of investing.
