Lots of homeowners subsidized residents' rents during the eviction moron-atorium (while residents worked during historically low unemployment, and residents did not apply for available free rent because they did not need to).  

Some are 65 miles, but 100 is pretty normal.Your best bet is a standard 20% down loan or what @Andrew Steffens said about a lower down loan from a portfolio lender.

I've been driving for dollars and I am wondering what are the best free lists for me to pull and also what would be the best way to skiptrace numbers. i do not have a big budget right now so I am trying to do what I can with what I have.

At one time the gas company did the excavation for free, tore up the street, connected to the main gas line in the street, and ran the lateral to the house.
