I am excited to join this forum and thank you in advance for reading my question...I currently own an investment property (a condo) in Seattle, which I have rented out for the past 9 years. 

Can't seem to find any forum post for one already.

I stopped reading when I saw the title of the Forum Post.There are so many cans of worms that can be opened with this that you simply need to tell them no.
