Newbie from Richmond, VA
Hi All! I am a new member in the Richmond, VA area. I am getting into the small multi-family investment area (5-20 units) and am interested in making new connections. I am interested in learning more about connecting with the right lenders to obtain financing for deals and general investment information. My goals are to complete a deal in the Chicago area (looking to buy and hold) and to begin a rehab/renovation project as well. I am looking forward to networking and connecting with people on this site!

If you're looking for local PRO's in your area, you can search for them on BP by entering just your state or large metro like Richmond. Also, join local REI clubs. You can search for them on meetup site.
In terms of obtaining a loan, I don't think a loan broker needs to be local. @Upen Patel - can you please confirm that and maybe give some guidance to Calvin.
