Hello All ,  I have been a longtime member and fan of biggerpockets but have yet to add or enter a discussion, so this is my first one here we go!.  

Im not a huge fan of condos due to the lack of appreciation.

The local banks require not only the property to debt service but the global to debt service which means your income and debt would need to debt service. 

We have owners not only nation wide but also globally ranging as far as Ireland, England and Australia.

As in letting me know the new oven needs a new cord as well or the ceiling fan is missing a blade.Property Manager, I cannot ask for a better one.Realtor, not impress at first but did save me from making a grave error at closingThe lender, not impress nor will use for the next investment.

I am a huge fan of legit wholesalers, who are able to bring buyers and sellers together for the benefit of everyone.   

It's an interesting idea:Though I'm not a fan of those cabinets or counter tops.

From start to finish it was 10 days (weekend in there) Between initial emergency, drying areas with industrial fans to mudding and sanding.

I’m not a big fan of HOA but in the area I’m in the numbers make more sense at least for cash flow.
