I'm just not sure there is any protection after quitclaim-ing a property into a LLC while the debt is in your personal name.I was just curious to hear if anyone had experience where an LLC protected them in a real estate related law suit.

Picked up another lot today in the same area not as cool of street.. but should be fine.. close as soon as title is ready.. which you know that area that can take a few weeks.. .. not 2 days like it does for us on the west coasts LOL.all in right about 400k  so this is one of the better ones we did in this area.. next up to finish is 7 new st.. then 20 F street is framed..
