Collecting Rent

Hello,

I'm just starting out and about to rent my firsts apartments, just bought a 4 unit currently under renovations. I'm just wondering, how do you guys collect your rent?

We use a software program called Appfolio. It allows our tenants to make their payments online via ACH transfer or tenants can mail us a money order.

We find that 70%+ pay online, which reduces errors and manual input of information and depositing of checks.
