I never really intended to be a landlord, but I really enjoy it, and want to expand on this side project. 

I have a 4.0 GPA, am co-president of the Architecture club, and I thoroughly enjoy the process of learning and interacting with my peers.

The nice thing about that wagon wheel, is from the spokes inward, is a sea of people from all backgrounds, education, professions, abilities and sensitivities, who let you live and enjoy life as you make it. 

really it is. as for my goals, flipping homes is where i seem to enjoy this venture. i get to work in a lot of homes doing the home theater thing and i see so many different types of homes and what people are doing with them. from new construction, to renovations and everything inbetween, i just love being involved in the process. funny part is i see so many things that people cheat through that it kills me. its like home theater for example - how many times have i seen jobs go so wrong that it kills me to have to go back out there to fix what the last guy screwed up...more times than i care to even think about. this is one of the main reasons i went into business for myself. little by little just kept working up the chain of things i see that i can fix or do better myself. my chain has now gotten me to real estate. i live in texas - coming from new york i see so much potential to have so much down here. i've been playing in the little league as i like to say - time to make it to the majors!

That's money they will not see again, and it's arguable that they will see it in public services, but renters also enjoy public services...

And if you want to jump in the deep end of education, go on the national reia cruise. days at sea with education education education on many topics and areas of investing, days in port to enjoy, but education to overload if you choose. 

Do you feel like you can still manage to enjoy time off (like weekends, vacation, etc.) while working a full time job and being a part time real estate agent?
