Hello BP2 weeks ago we closed our first flip.

Im looking at a home for a flip.

She bought and sold my last flip and is selling my current house right now.

Greetings BP family:Our company is in search for recommendations for reputable GCs (licensed and bonded) in the Baltimore area with significant experience renovating flips and/or rentals.

My partner and I work in commercial real estate development, but would like to branch out and execute our first fix and flip project.

I have the potential to make an offer on a distressed fix and flip property in the next couple of weeks.

@Melissa Man Is it rented out, or did you buy it to flip?

I'm thinking of selling and buying a 2-3 unit or do the necessary repairs to my SFR then rent it out and look for a live in flip. 

My mother has worked with a couple distressed properties in a couple parts of Richmond , VA and manages a few others, some flips being in warzones  which she made decent returns.
