I need to establish who the most motivated sellers may be on this list and for efficiency's sake, focus my firstdirect mail campaign on these owners.Does anyone have any advice or best practices when targeting tax delinquent owners?

The seller has a problem that they are not willing to address--you are helping them, not the other way around.

In your area you should be able to look up the address on tax records and just see if the person you're talking to is the owner or not. 

I tried changing my user "address" and was just giving me an error saying that I was unable to change it.... 

My original bp sign up address was interfering with an established business.

Marketing with white and yellow letters can cost you anywhere from $500/month up to I've heard people spending $5,000 - 10,000 on their marketing campaign per month, not including buying or putting together lists, getting contact info and addresses, etc.

I had a hard time figuring out whose name and address to write down so I could contact them.

I am not advertising the busy street or address just basic location.Greenwood is not very big- 22k population in county with even less people in the surrounding counties.
