We can't have our cake and eat it to.Those looking for a hassle free option should expect to pay for the service they are receiving.

If it's not too difficult to find 1% per month all around the place, my take on it would be: should you put all your (uncomfortably leveraged) eggs into this one basket?

Set a limit for the amount of property value in each LLC so you don't "have all your eggs in one basket".
