BTW the house is an early 80s build 3/2/2 in a pretty dense neighborhood, not a lonely rickety 120 year old house in the deep woods, just in case anyone was wondering.

We’ll be registering our LLC in KY any day now.we already have a business account setup; and we already have several connections for contractors and realtors (for the first flip we’ll do much work ourselves, as we’re both pretty handy).

I have not seen the property after this work has been done, but I did receive an alarmed call from a realtor who drove by the house that made it sound like some of the work has been pretty extensive.

They were pretty awesome though when talking to.

The summer is the easiet time to rent, so make sure you get someone pretty soon.
