I doubt you'll get an interest much lower given our current economic situation.

This should be a direct correlation to a proportional reduction in the millage rate if this extends, but highly doubt that will happen.

Either way it sounds like a solid long term investment, and I doubt you’d ever regret buying it!!!

My guess is it will be more than $100, but I don't think there's any doubt the $600 to this point has had a significant impact on keeping rents coming in.

Sorry, you need to do those one by one.If you mean level but with dips/bumps, you can get the floor leveler cement. 

If the tenant is polite, pays the rent and is really decent in general I always give the tenant the benefit of the doubt only because a super high percent of landlords treat their tenants like trash and I don't want to be like them.Maybe, the window just decided it was time to crack.
