This should be a direct correlation to a proportional reduction in the millage rate if this extends, but highly doubt that will happen.

They are the ones who decide how good your marketing is, not by what they say but what they do.So if in doubt, create a survey using a free survey tool and send it out to 50 or 100 or however many people you know that you can, and ask them to click on the first name that appeals to them out of just two choices, 'TheBoringAgent.com' or 'TheNotBoringAgent.com', for example.

My guess is it will be more than $100, but I don't think there's any doubt the $600 to this point has had a significant impact on keeping rents coming in.

If the tenant is polite, pays the rent and is really decent in general I always give the tenant the benefit of the doubt only because a super high percent of landlords treat their tenants like trash and I don't want to be like them.Maybe, the window just decided it was time to crack.
