Folks, i am planning on renovating a 6 plex (all 2 bed units) and i see floors are little uneven. Which flooring would you recommend for bedrooms, kitchen and washrooms and hallways?

Much appreciated

By uneven do you mean globs of adhesive and nails sticking up?  Sorry, you need to do those one by one.

If you mean level but with dips/bumps, you can get the floor leveler cement.  Make it as thin as you can since it sets up quickly and you want to spread it all at once.  This is barring something like a rotted out support beam underneath which you can jack up to replace.

If you're as good as you can get, I've found linoleum plank is pretty conformal and will take a beating.
