Because those 1 liners like FS: NJ 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 carport. for 75% or the assessed value.. is just too plain... some or most of the buyers are looking for the "IT" factor why they should buy the property.. or why it is the right one for them.

It is listed as a 2 bedroom in all the docs erroneously, I have seen it..it is a legal 3 as far as I can tell.

I originally made an offer on a two-bedroom, big lot (no garage) house assessed at $29k and got it for $12k.... not the best side of town and it needed $12k-$15k in repairs so you would be looking at $27k total into it.
