Swing sets
I have a closing date of 11/26 on my first rental property (it's Fannie REO so I'm hoping to close by 12/15). Technically it's a 2/1 but the second bedroom is a little on the small side, didn't have a tape but max 8x10. It has a nice size flat backyard that is all grass so I'm thinking this house could be desirable to someone with children. Does anyone have any experience with a tenant wanting to have a swing set, playground, pool or whatever in the backyard? Do you have something specific in your lease to address this? Does the landlord have liability if a client puts something back there? Is there a difference if it's a large permanent style set or a small/temporary plastic Little Tykes set or inflatable pool?
