I love directly investing in properties and will probably never stop doing that but I'm also starting to get lazy and not want to be bothered with so many details of direct investing so I'm also ramping up my investments in REITS and syndications so I can let others do the heavy lifting for me.That makes me think of one final benefit to REITS over direct investing.

When looking at properties, I would ask to get a more detailed account from your realtor, AND ask how taxes are handled at closing.

If it is a requirement of calling a bond, definitely do it and make sure it is in the contract along with exact details of how they will flash every protrusion.

I've downloaded those documents and they look to be pretty detailed and I think they can be amended pretty easily as well.
