The home has a pool, a lake view, and my plan would be to renovate it entirely, giving it a unique look (bohemian decor, hammock in the backyard, fruit trees, gravel path leading to a fire pit, etc).Anyone having been to that neighborhood would agree that it is far from upscale (in fact, some houses are pretty run down), but I do see quite a few Airbnbs there, and the community is very close to the theme parks. 

I bought a two bedroom townhouse style condo with a garage and rented the second bedroom to a friend of mine. 

I have opted to partner with a property management company that provides ala carte services to maximize my income and management style. 

I have 2 Forecast Models using The Auction Model (2 big event sales in 2 different dates) and regular Realtor Style.
