Set yourself a breakthrough goal (for me, earning $100K this year) then you try to take 5 actions every day towards that ONE breakthrough goal, in addition to all your other daily, weekly monthly goals.

She was good at the beginning in that she helped to tenant both properties, gave me good feedback, etc, but after they were tenanted, that's when the communication sort of disappeared even after daily emails I would send, calls I would leave on her voice which she doesn't pick up, and there's no other person to call.
