Here is my scenario:I own two houses with a combined equity position of about 150kHave a great job Have 10% down Can get a realtor commission 3% that I can apply towards the dealThe dilemma: the deal won't last long, but I want to try to see if anyone has any creative ideas to get financing?

But I'm wondering if there are any Chicago-land investors who would be so kind as to give recommendations for a good real estate attorney, preferably located in the northwest burbs and who is experienced in creative real estate transactions.
