After scouring the internet for any personal finance article I could get my hands on and seeing repeated recommendations to read Rich Dad, Poor Dad, I picked up the audiobook and my outlook on money is completely different.

CA is over $800 [I believe].I based my setup on the Rich Dad Education books [The ABC's of RE Investing & RE Advantages].

I understand this is not a get-rich-quick business but I am doing what I can to learn as much as I can and help as many people as I can!

If I had to pick one - I'd say Rich Dad Poor Dad was the book most commonly attributed by real estate investors (though, it's not a real estate book, really. it's more of a mindset book.)

An alternative is something I heard while listening to one of the "Rich Dad" audiobooks; apparently, Robert purchases his vehicles by first purchasing assets whose cashflow will match or exceed the monthly payments of the vehicle.
