If I had to pick one - I'd say Rich Dad Poor Dad was the book most commonly attributed by real estate investors (though, it's not a real estate book, really. it's more of a mindset book.)

An alternative is something I heard while listening to one of the "Rich Dad" audiobooks; apparently, Robert purchases his vehicles by first purchasing assets whose cashflow will match or exceed the monthly payments of the vehicle.
