We passed on it because there's a homeless shelter at the corner of N 8th St and Santa Clara.

My preference is selective demo,  bleach cleaning and spraying everything with Kilz (there is some mold, which I'll remove -- and some smoke, which we'll clean and encapsulate), but only truly gutting the two rooms that were nearly demolished by fire (2nd and 3rd floor, one corner), all the ceilings, and the central hall walls from top to bottom. 

Not only will people want the central air unit, but it being missing will make people think you cut corners in other areas they havent noticed, I suspect it will cost you a lot of moeny to market the property without AC>

At least in the NE corner of the "Bagley area" it appears there's at least one house per block that's for sale, at similar prices to what you say.

I weighted the outcomes for the possible pro that he was; didn’t responded to my 3 day notice (acted like as if he'd never gotten one ever since I'd handed to him); he could have dragged the eviction for up to 5 months long rent free by utilized the corrupted legal system (at lease it’s for my case) like I’d read it somewhere (there‘re actually courses out there to walk them through; step by step; days that involved with the court system), in addition to the possible property damages before he finally moves out if he felt like it and the way he’d lived my house that was worse than those homeless who are by the corner of 6th and Maple in Downtown L.

There a 2 bandit signs on nearly every major corner in this area.I was considering putting my signs out in that area but would there be too many signs or would the other signs just attract more attention to my signs?
