My family does construction, making it one of the few cost effective LTR things we can swing here.I'm going to gauge the timing by what I hear on this thread.

Lot has been subdivided for 20+ units new construction SFR, grading done. 

I always tell the agent after I speak with the building inspector and he tells me it's not buildable but the listing never goes away. 

Would appreciate any constructive input on how to analyze this as we decide what to do.

A construction loan is a commercial loan.
