Its not super comprehensive and it does not teach anyone how to do anything specfic it does help those that want to be buy and hold investors how the US TK model works and rentals work in general.. its starter material but foreigners dig it.

My experience has been that on new builds (in my area) that property taxes are grossly under-billed in the first year or two because the taxing authority bases the taxes on a partially built or vacant lot for the first part of the year.

That said, your writing is comprehensible which makes me think your speaking English is pretty good.

All my work had evolved to way above my pay grade. and I had authority to sign for most departments in the division. 

You need to make sure you are on deed and have full ownership and authority over the property.

Do you really neeed an official comprehensive business plan, or would you be just as well served by writing your concept, goal on a big white board for clarity and then writing out the steps needed to implement it?
