I have had more trouble communicating with my corporate attorney that lives 20 miles from me than the attorneys at Anderson.Note:  With Anderson, you might have to work to stay current with the entity creation process since they don't seem to be lavish with status updates.

This is a relatively recent reverse of the older “buyer beware” norm in real estate and lets buyers know ahead of time of any major problems with their dream home.Some states go a step further and require sellers to also disclose “emotional defects” that could impact and stigmatize a property.
