Why is the seller allowed to touch my agent's commission?

I’m working a full-time job that pays 50-60k a year (depending on commissions/bonuses), the only debt to my name is a recent auto loan for $13k, credit cards and my mortgage.

They are currently closed but I was wondering if anyone knows if they would pay the 1% Buyer Agent Commission to myself if I'm representing myself (I currently have a principal brokers license in Oregon). 

Any request for rezoning usually requires two public hearings, one by the Planning Commission and a second by the City Council, whose decision is final.

Even if you and the  seller reached an agreement without using the broker a commission would be due because you discovered the property on the broker's site. 

This is important because you'll be able to align with the most recognizable name.Look at the resources that they offer, the commission splits, and training opportunities. 

@Matt Arden  As Logan said in most cases the seller pays the realtors' commissions. 

This results in a higher death benefit and higher commissions for the agent. 

He is demanding that we pay him a commission for acting as his own agent though he is not licensed.

You could use a Lease Option and owner financing could save them the closing costs or sales commission and that gives a future repurchase.
