Often times I find getting a second set of eyes on the property and the financials can bring light to certain details that a single person may not catch.

So if you're comfortable with just a small to medium sized portfolio all the more power especially if you're able to catch deals with cash buys. 

I also listen to the podcasts (almost done catching up on those) and read some of the blog post.

Apparently i was about 2,800 dlls short on my escrow and my payment was about to increase to 2,455 the first year to catch up and will stay at 2,255 after that.

I may just repaint then stage and get it out on the market ASAP to catch the end of snowbird season.
