FIrst Under Contract

Hey guys,

I just put my first home under contract. 

It’s comped around 1.25 and it’s under contract for 870  

It was a FSBO by a man who is moving to be with his aging mother after a partner passed.

I have a good lawyer. I have a private lender. 

I have a contractor in mind and I have a rockstar realtor for that area. 

I’m just nervous and I’d love to talk about the deal.
