The kitchens and bathrooms need some updates; new flooring, cabinets, vanity, etc.

There is also a lifetime gift allowance of several hundred thousand dollars that could be used which is separate from the annual gift limits. 

This is where demo sat at the end of day yesterday:The wall between the bathroom and hallway had to be removed as did the kitchen cabinets.  

It's a few hundred bucks, but it's easier than you coming all the way up here or signing up for property management.

The three hundred investment was for front door, side door, and garage door....but still pricey, I know : )

Has anyone had experience with these cabinets?

And, the kitchen had been remodeled previously to orient itself around that view even though it meant sacrificing valuable cabinets and storage space so they wouldn't block that view.

You can get a superior return through lending club lending to hundreds of individuals, thereby eliminating the risk of "having your eggs in one basket."
