I agree with Jaron that 5 flips your first year is probably not realistic, in large part because each flip needs to be a good deal numbers-wise and finding those deals may or may not be possible if you’re not familiar with each local area and spending a lot of time and energy looking for deals and viewing a lot of properties with a savvy eye. keep us posted on your success!
