I’m in the process of switching several of my buildings over to individually metered propane heaters so the tenants will become responsible for their own heat costs and more accountable in their waste of resources.

I view the heat as a more significant return than I ever would for the water because it runs me about $1500/month on my buildings.

To me it looks like the market is still stagnant with the exception of the bottom end STRs - and I mean very bottom end STRs.A lot of new building is finally getting completed as well which is also adding homes on the market.
