Its sounding more and more like seller financing is my main option, other than a gift from a family member or something like that, or just getting an unsecured loan in my personal name and then just refinancing it after I secure it, into the business name.I've been approached on BP (unfortunately) by a couple of "PML's" that seem to be very.... red-flaggy(?

She actually was bold enough to say that they'd submit the application for the other house (managed by Windermere) and was worried that they wouldn't get it - so she asked if they could go month to month if they didn't get it.

However, in the sample Purchase agreement, I saw on the front page, it says if the buyer does not elect to use their own Title Company, they will use the Title Company chosen by the seller.However, in some Addendum later, it says in BOLD that the seller offers no Title insurance and this is sold with Quit Claim Deed.Question: Will the seller actually include a title insurance during closing from First American or they just attach a commitment there to tell me that the Title is clean based on the commitment?

It was cheap, fit nicely/easily into a 24" base cabinet (where the door would normally go), preserved the drawer functionality of the cabinet, and is a gorgeous deep red.

I'm familiar with going through Zillow/red fin/ county websites to get sold prices for houses, but how do I know if it was rehabbed and if it was how do I know what the level of rehab is compared to my property?
